Chloe Sue’s Baby Shower

Michelle and Justina only let me know the date and time. If you’re a control freak like me, you know the suspense of not knowing, just about kills you! Yet I was so excited and knew they’d come up with something way cuter than I would have ever thought of. That they did!

Is this not the cutest baby shower theme you’ve ever seen?

Aunties made all letters A-Z, each with their own design and pre-measured to be hung in Chloe’s playroom!

Along with their adorable alphabet theme, they created Chloe’s first alphabet book, asking each guest to fill in a letter page.

“Chloe’s First Alphabet Book…By all the ladies who love her most”

The letters were perfect decor arranged throughout the room.

Karla, our Mom, came through once again and provided the delicious brunch items! Mini quiches, mini scones, chicken salad lettuce wraps, fruit kabobs, and of course coffee! She even had decaf for me! No one else is crazy enough to drink decaf at 10:30 am 😉

A Bridal & Baby Brunch

And now for the other shower! This one was totally unique! Because it wasn’t only a baby shower for Michelle & Ember, but also a bridal shower for Jaclyn!

What do you do when your wedding & your sisters due date are the same week? You live in the same town, have the same family, a lot of the same friends and both need to plan a shower? Combine forces of course!! Michelle & I decided to have a combined shower, and you know what? It was SO much fun!!!Shower Invite

After the wedding date was set, Michelle announced she was pregnant and due 2 days after the wedding! A 9-month pregnant Maid of Honor!! We prayed she’d make it to the wedding! Thankfully Ember decided she liked it inside Mommy’s tummy and waited for Auntie Jac to return from her honeymoon 2 weeks later! (thankfully, if you’re me…Michelle wasn’t so thankful at the time ;))

A Bridal & Baby Brunch was a perfect way to host and celebrate for each other! Thanks to our friend, Jodi Perez, for letting us use her house!

Most of our events would not be a success without our fabulous Mother! Her cooking expertise and delicious recipes are loved by all!

Monkey Bread |

We served monkey bread, egg & sausage casserole and fruit salad on the tables and then had the other snack items at the island for people to grab at their leisure.
